Meet Ian Fick,
Owner of ISF Contracting

Ian started his career in construction working for a few independent companies specializing in home renovations and building custom homes north of Toronto. Ian has been a licensed general carpenter for over 13 years. Later on, he began working in Toronto on major ICI projects as a carpenter doing high-rise concrete forming and quickly advanced to becoming Assistant Site Supervisor overseeing various trades. Mr. Fick then rose to the position of full Site Superintendent, working for both medium and large well-known construction contracting companies in Canada.

During this time, he worked on a variety of projects including industrial projects, hospitals, condominiums, and a major TTC/GO Transit terminal. While being a part of these projects, he supervised many sub-trades and in doing so, gained a wide array of knowledge in all forms of construction. After working as a Supervisor for close to 8 years, Ian decided to put these skills to use and start his own company following his passion for renovating and building custom homes.
